What does Wayne's Garage do to protect the Environment?

Wayne's Garage is a certified Eco-Biz member. The Ecological Business Program, known as EcoBiz is a program sponsored by the Lane County Pollution Prevention Coalition.

EcoBiz recognizes businesses that reach the highest standards in minimizing their environmental impact. The goal of the program is to prevent and minimize pollution generated by small businesses in the Lane County area.

Eco-Biz certified shops take extra voluntary steps to be certified as an environmentally friendly business.
Items monitored as part of this certificate are:

Hazardous waste management
Air quality and pollution
Spill prevention and response
Product and waste storage
Cleaning procedures
Recycling procedures
Drainage systems
Energy and water use
